Outset is seeking a Field Service Engineer II in Austin, TX, responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of their innovative Tablo Dialysis System. This role involves working closely with patients and healthcare professionals, providing technical support, and contributing feedback to enhance product performance.

What you'll do

• Install and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer sites
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and upgrades
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
• Accurately document service activities and maintain inventory
• Support marketing efforts for seminars and trade shows
• Ensure effective management of company assets

• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic and mechanical systems
• Proficiency in using computer software and ERP systems
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities

• Willingness to travel extensively within the US
