What you'll do

• Install and troubleshoot Tablo Dialysis Systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
• Provide technical support and training for customers
• Document service activities and manage inventory
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product improvement
• Support marketing and sales at events as needed

What they're looking for

• Associates degree or military equivalent
• 5+ years of field service experience
• Knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in software applications
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams
• Extensive travel capability
