About this role

Palantir seeks a Forward Deployed Enablement Engineer to support customer success by embedding with teams to maximize product outcomes across commercial clients. You'll balance hands-on technical support with building scalable enablement tools while helping customers optimize workflows on Palantir's Foundry & AIP platforms.

What you'll do

  • Embed with centralized customer success teams to support deployed products across diverse customer segments
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues for customers while working both independently and collaboratively
  • Guide customer development teams in building and optimizing workflows on Palantir platforms
  • Develop innovative tooling and infrastructure to scale customer enablement processes
  • Contribute to internal processes and tools that improve how value is delivered to customers
  • Provide high-level technical support while maintaining a broad scope across multiple customer domains
