Full Stack Software Engineer - Application Development

About this role

Palantir seeks a Full Stack Engineer to develop sophisticated application-building tools within Foundry, their data integration and decision-making platform. You'll design user interfaces, manage state, and architect APIs that enable thousands of users to create powerful, data-driven applications while balancing technical complexity with user accessibility.

What you'll do

• Design and develop frontend interfaces and state management systems for data-intensive workflows
• Own or collaborate on backend APIs and data schemas that support application development
• Conduct user interviews and gather product feedback to identify gaps and improve solutions
• Scope technical solutions and identify incremental paths to ship new features
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product improvements
• Optionally participate in Frontline program—embedded customer assignments to gain real-world context
