Palantir's Privacy and Civil Liberties Engineering team seeks an intern to design and develop full-stack software products that balance operational effectiveness with ethical imperatives, privacy protections, and responsible AI governance. You'll collaborate with engineers, lawyers, and policy experts to build solutions that help customers meet their missions while upholding legal and societal values.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop full-stack software for privacy, data protection, and AI governance
  • Build security and governance features within Palantir's platforms
  • Create applications and tools for auditing, data protection, and accountability
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand customer challenges
  • Engage with legal and policy developments to inform technical solutions
  • Help forward-deploy solutions to address real-world operational and ethical challenges
