Software Engineer, Internship

About this role

Palantir seeks a Software Engineer Intern to contribute to industry-leading data platforms used globally by government and enterprise organizations. You'll work on real products like Gotham, Foundry, and Apollo while learning from a mentor and collaborating with engineers, product managers, and business teams to solve complex problems.

What you'll do

• Write high-quality code for Palantir's core products used by analysts, researchers, and forecasters worldwide
• Participate in the full product lifecycle from design and prototyping through execution and deployment
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to understand customer needs and build solutions
• Learn from a dedicated mentor while growing technical skills and product knowledge
• Potentially visit customer sites to understand real-world use cases and operational challenges
• Contribute to specific product areas such as front-end applications or release infrastructure components

• Software development and writing clean, maintainable code
• Java, Go, TypeScript, or ability to learn new languages quickly
• Problem-solving and ownership of projects through completion
• Collaboration and communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
