Software Engineer, Internship - Production Infrastructure

Join Palantir's Production Infrastructure team as a Software Engineer Intern, contributing to mission-critical platforms that power data-driven decisions across government and private sectors. You'll own features across the full product lifecycle, working on Kubernetes-based infrastructure, deployment systems, and observability tools while growing rapidly under mentor guidance.

What you'll do

• Develop and ship high-quality code for production infrastructure platforms serving major institutions
• Contribute to Environment Platform (Kubernetes-based PaaS), Apollo (deployment/change management), and Signals (observability tools)
• Own projects from ideation and design through execution and release
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and field teams to solve real customer problems
• Engage with customers in real-world contexts to understand infrastructure needs
• Apply SWE principles including ownership, collaboration, and trust-based execution

• Software development in multiple languages (Java, Go, Typescript preferred)
• Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
• Backend and frontend development
