Software Engineer, New Grad

About this role

Palantir seeks new graduate software engineers to build scalable data platforms used by organizations worldwide. You'll work across the full product lifecycle on mission-critical applications like Gotham, Apollo, and Foundry, with dedicated mentorship and opportunities to engage directly with end users.

What you'll do

• Develop high-quality code for Palantir's core products deployed across public and private sectors
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout design, prototyping, and shipping phases
• Participate in customer discovery by meeting with users to understand their operational challenges
• Contribute to both backend and frontend components within small, focused product teams
• Learn and apply appropriate technologies to solve specific business problems
• Maintain ownership of projects from conception through execution despite obstacles
