About this role
Join Palantir as a new graduate Software Engineer to build large-scale data software for government, defense, and non-profit organizations. You'll develop features for Gotham, a platform used by intelligence analysts and researchers worldwide, while receiving mentorship and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve critical customer problems.
What you'll do
- Write high-quality code contributing to Palantir Gotham products deployed across government and defense sectors
- Participate in full product lifecycle from design and prototyping through execution and shipping
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand and address customer needs
- Meet with end users to understand their missions and operational challenges
- Work on specific product areas such as geospatial mapping tools or release infrastructure
- Learn from dedicated mentor and contribute to team knowledge sharing

- Software development and clean code practices
- Ability to learn new programming languages quickly
- Java and/or Go for backend development
- TypeScript for frontend development
- Familiarity with open-source technologies (Cassandra, Spark, Elasticsearch, React, Redux)
