About this role

Palantir seeks a new graduate software engineer to build scalable data platforms used by government, defense, and non-profit organizations. You'll contribute to Gotham products while receiving mentorship, collaborating across teams, and learning multiple programming languages in a mission-driven environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop high-quality code for Palantir Gotham platform components
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the product lifecycle
  • Participate in user research and customer engagement activities
  • Contribute to geospatial tools, infrastructure, or other product-specific features
  • Work alongside mentors and peers in small, focused development teams
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across teams
