About this role

Join Palantir's Production Infrastructure team as a new graduate software engineer building mission-critical platforms that power government and defense agencies. You'll own the full product lifecycle while working on Kubernetes-based systems, deployment management, and observability tools, with dedicated mentorship to accelerate your growth.

What you'll do

  • Own complete product lifecycle from ideation through deployment of infrastructure features
  • Contribute to Environment Platform (Kubernetes PaaS), Apollo (deployment management), or Signals (observability tools)
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and reliability engineers to solve customer problems
  • Write clean, production-quality code supporting mission-critical workloads
  • Partner with business teams to understand real-world deployment challenges
  • Mentor and learn from experienced engineers in a collaborative environment

What they're looking for

  • Software engineering fundamentals and clean code practices
  • Quick language acquisition (Java, Go, TypeScript preferred but not required)
  • Kubernetes or container orchestration experience
  • Systems thinking and infrastructure design
  • Collaboration and communication across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to work through complex problems with persistence
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and open-source technologies
