Systems Engineer - Business Systems

Join Palantir's Technical Operations team as a Systems Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining critical business infrastructure supporting financial, sales, and personnel systems. You'll partner with stakeholders to optimize industry tools, expand internal use of Palantir's platforms, and drive strategic technology initiatives aligned with business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for core business workflows including financial reporting, sales, and HR systems
• Evaluate and implement new business system solutions to address evolving organizational needs
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to customize and optimize industry tools
• Expand deployment of Palantir Foundry and AIP for internal business workloads
• Provide technical expertise and strategic vision to key business leaders
• Manage and resolve high-priority systems issues across multiple platforms
