About this role
Join Palantir's Technical Operations team as a Systems Engineer to design and maintain critical business infrastructure supporting financial, sales, and personnel systems. You'll serve as a technical expert collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business workflows and drive adoption of Palantir's internal platforms.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for core business operations including financial reporting and HR systems
- Evaluate and implement new solutions to meet evolving business requirements
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to customize industry tools for Palantir's needs
- Expand use of Palantir Foundry and AIP for internal workloads
- Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance on systems initiatives
- Respond to high-priority system issues and drive cross-functional improvements
