Systems Engineer - Business Systems

Join Palantir's Technical Operations team as a Systems Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining critical business infrastructure supporting financial, sales, and HR operations. You'll work with stakeholders to optimize enterprise systems, leverage Palantir's own platforms for internal use, and provide technical leadership on high-impact business initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for financial reporting, sales, and personnel management systems
• Evaluate and implement new business system solutions to address evolving organizational needs
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to customize industry tools for Palantir's requirements
• Expand deployment of Palantir Foundry and AIP for internal business workloads
• Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to key business stakeholders
• Resolve high-priority systems issues and manage multiple business systems simultaneously
