Systems Engineer - Business Systems

Join Palantir's Technical Operations team as a Systems Engineer responsible for designing and maintaining critical business infrastructure supporting financial, sales, and personnel systems. You'll provide technical expertise to stakeholders while strategically deploying industry tools and Palantir's internal platforms to meet evolving business needs.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure for core business workflows including financial reporting, sales, and HR systems
• Evaluate and implement new technology solutions tailored to Palantir's requirements
• Expand internal usage of Palantir Foundry and AIP platforms for business operations
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to adapt tools and systems
• Address high-priority systems issues and provide technical guidance to key teams
• Drive strategic planning to align technology initiatives with business outcomes
