Web Application Developer - Defense

About this role

Palantir seeks a frontend web developer to build mission-critical applications for defense customers, creating intuitive interfaces for complex data workflows used by military command centers worldwide. You'll own the full product lifecycle—from understanding user needs to architecting and shipping sophisticated, data-intensive features alongside cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Design and develop frontend interfaces for defense applications handling complex data analysis and visualization
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and identify gaps in mission-critical workflows
• Own API schemas and frontend code, working with backend engineers on joint implementation
• Architect solutions for sophisticated UX challenges including accessibility for non-technical users
• Scope technical problems and plan incremental paths to shipping new features
• Participate across the full product lifecycle from concept through prototyping to production deployment
