Palmetto is seeking a Software Development Engineer III to enhance its clean tech services by designing and scaling core components of their product ecosystem. The role emphasizes backend development with NestJS and React for frontend experiences, within an Agile team culture focused on innovation and growth.

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable microservices using NestJS
• Develop React-based frontend features
• Write high-quality and maintainable code
• Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests
• Diagnose production issues and propose solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and architectural discussions

What they're looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in JavaScript/Typescript
• Experience with NestJS and Node.js
• Solid experience with ReactJS
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases
• Strong testing discipline
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills
