Product Operations Engineer

The Product Operations Engineer at Pansophic Learning will be responsible for developing and testing software solutions for educational systems, ensuring high-quality delivery. This role involves administering various platforms and collaborating with teams to enhance the learning environment across over 100 schools globally.

What you'll do

• Design and implement software solutions for K-12 learning environments
• Develop RESTful web services using NodeJS and Google Apps Script
• Utilize AWS services for application environment maintenance
• Conduct data analysis and troubleshoot technical issues
• Support production issues and application deployment activities
• Collaborate with development teams and school staff to resolve system issues
