IT Support Engineer (Contract)

About this role

Parachute Health is seeking an IT Support Engineer on a contract basis to enhance its IT & Security team, contributing to a secure and efficient healthcare technology environment. This role involves hands-on IT operations, including user support, identity management, and security tooling, offering practical experience in various security domains.

What you'll do

• Support daily IT operations and user support
• Manage macOS laptop fleet and MDM practices
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Assist in Okta administration and access reviews
• Support ZScaler operations and DLP policies
• Write scripts for automation of IT tasks

What they're looking for

• Scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience with macOS, Linux, and Windows environments
• Knowledge of IT security principles
• Familiarity with identity management tools
• Understanding of network security practices
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Knowledge of cloud security concepts
• Experience with SIEM tools
