About this role

Path Robotics is hiring an IT Systems Engineer in Columbus to design, implement, and manage core IT platforms including Google Workspace, JAMF, Microsoft Intune/Azure AD, Okta, and CrowdStrike. You'll own end-to-end system administration, identity management, endpoint security, and drive automation initiatives while maintaining a security-first posture across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain scalable IT infrastructure for Google Workspace, JAMF, Intune, Azure AD, Okta, and CrowdStrike
  • Manage identity and access workflows including SSO, MFA, conditional access policies, and user lifecycle management
  • Deploy and maintain endpoint security across macOS, iOS, and Windows devices with automated provisioning and patching
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and serve as escalation point for complex IT and security incidents
  • Automate IT and security workflows to improve reliability, reduce manual effort, and enhance user experience
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support security audits, reviews, and incident response activities
