Path Robotics is seeking a Software Engineer to enhance their AI and machine learning infrastructure for autonomous welding systems. This role involves developing reliable software, managing data pipelines, and collaborating with AI researchers to bridge the gap between research and production.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain AI and ML software infrastructure.
• Develop tools for processing robotic sensor data.
• Support deployment of AI models on robotic systems.
• Create internal tools for AI engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with researchers to fulfill model requirements.

What they're looking for

• 3–6 years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in Python and C++
• Experience with MLOps and ML infrastructure
• Familiarity with PyTorch
• Understanding of data pipelines and GPU compute
• Knowledge of robotics software stacks
• Comfortable in Linux environments
