Founding Engineer - Elo

What you'll do

• Develop ad decisioning pipeline for candidate retrieval, scoring, and ranking
• Create a lightweight publisher SDK for easy integration
• Build delivery infrastructure including pacing and budget management
• Implement observability stack with real-time dashboards
• Handle millions of requests per minute as user base grows
• Collaborate on high equity projects with top industry advisors
