About this role
Spur is seeking a Founding Infra/Backend Engineer to lead the architecture and scaling of its core platform, which powers autonomous web agents. This role involves direct collaboration with the founders and requires experience in managing complex infrastructure that impacts product performance.
What you'll do
- Build and scale infrastructure for thousands of web agents daily
- Design and maintain clusters, CI/CD, and observability practices
- Collaborate rapidly with product, engineering, and founders

- 5+ years in designing and operating large-scale infrastructure
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Understanding of infrastructure's impact on product performance
- High autonomy in project management
