About this role

Frontdesk seeks a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to manage complex enterprise AI deployments from concept to production. You'll work directly with customers, build custom integrations and workflows, travel onsite as needed, and eventually scale this function into a full organization.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end deployment of enterprise customers' most complex use cases
  • Travel onsite to understand customer workflows and design tailored solutions
  • Build integrations, workflows, and tooling across voice, SMS, email, chat, and APIs
  • Debug and resolve deployment blockers across the full technical stack
  • Identify patterns from customer work and advocate for scalable product improvements
  • Collaborate with founders and engineering on product roadmap priorities
