About this role

Peec AI, an analytics platform for AI search, is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and maintain their outbound sales engine in the US. This role involves automating lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and sequencing, and owning the entire GTM tech stack. You’ll collaborate closely with the New York sales team to drive growth and efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Build GTM flywheel across outbound, inbound, ABM, and sales workflows.
  • Design and maintain automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound sequences.
  • Develop outbound triggers, ABM plays, and AE follow-up workflows from website and content engagement.
  • Own the full GTM tech stack (email deliverability, HubSpot, data cleanliness, attribution).
  • Create documentation and playbooks for system repeatability.
  • Launch 3-5 scalable campaigns each month.
