What you'll do

• Identify and implement innovative solutions to manufacturing problems
• Conduct detailed root cause analyses and recommend solutions
• Create and maintain product and process documentation
• Design and implement new tooling and fixtures for production
• Test and validate processes, equipment, and raw materials
• Train staff on processes and equipment
