About this role

Peregrine is seeking a Solutions Enablement, Curriculum Developer to enhance understanding and application of customer personas and use cases. This role involves creating training programs and enablement resources to support sales teams in engaging effectively with clients.

What you'll do

• Develop a framework for connecting use cases, personas, and workflows.
• Create detailed persona profiles based on customer needs.
• Maintain a centralized library of use cases and personas.
• Design and deliver training on vertical-specific solutions.
• Produce sales enablement materials like guides and videos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and goals.
