What you'll do
- Design and maintain a use case and persona enablement framework
- Define and map persona profiles to use cases and demo paths
- Deliver ongoing training on solutions and customer challenges
- Create sales support resources like guides and demo scripts
- Partner with teams to align messaging and roadmap priorities
- Define success metrics and iterate based on feedback
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in Solutions, Product, or Sales Enablement
- Experience building enablement systems
- Ability to simplify technical complexity
- Strong training and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and organization
- Experience in SaaS or public safety preferred
- Builder mindset for problem-solving
- Willingness to travel 25-35% of the time
