Solutions Enablement, Curriculum Developer

About this role

Peregrine seeks a Solutions Enablement Curriculum Developer to build and operate a centralized framework that connects customer personas, use cases, and workflows across verticals. This role systematizes how the organization articulates solutions to different audiences and enables customer-facing teams to deliver consistent, tailored pitches through training, documentation, and field-ready resources.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain a structured framework connecting verticals, use cases, personas, and workflows with a centralized source of truth
• Define persona profiles grounded in customer workflows and pain points, mapped to use cases and demo paths
• Create and deliver vertical-specific training on personas, challenges, platform capabilities, and differentiation
• Build field-ready sales enablement resources including guides, playbooks, demo scripts, and videos
• Partner with Solutions Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging
• Define success metrics, incorporate field feedback, and iterate based on adoption and impact
