Per Scholas is looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer for Advanced Manufacturing to create and maintain training solutions that cater to skilled trades. The ideal candidate will translate complex engineering concepts into effective learning modules, ensuring a practical understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.

What you'll do

• Develop interactive digital learning modules using Articulate 360 and Google Workspace
• Create comprehensive instructor manuals and learner workbooks
• Design visual aids, including diagrams and multimedia materials
• Develop hands-on lab exercises and assessments for technical systems
• Iterate curriculum based on feedback from learners and instructors
• Manage content updates and maintain version control for training materials
