About this role

Per Scholas is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer for a temporary six-month position to create and maintain training solutions focused on semiconductor manufacturing. The role involves translating complex technical processes into effective learning modules and ensuring high-quality, scalable curriculum delivery for skilled trades education.

What you'll do

  • Design interactive digital learning modules using Articulate 360 and Google Workspace.
  • Develop technical documentation including instructor manuals and lesson plans.
  • Create multimedia aids to visualize complex semiconductor processes.
  • Design hands-on lab exercises and assessments for safe equipment maintenance.
  • Manage curriculum updates based on feedback and industry changes.
  • Develop instructor support materials for effective training execution.
