Persona is seeking a Software Engineer for their Data Platform team to develop and maintain a robust data infrastructure that handles large-scale data operations. The role involves building, scaling, and optimizing data pipelines and storage solutions to ensure efficient data management and access.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the datalake and its pipelines
• Develop data-movement and ingestion services
• Manage streaming and batch ingestion pipelines
• Create query and analytics capabilities on the datalake
• Operate the low-latency serving layer for real-time data access
• Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in software engineering
• Proficiency in Python and Go
• Experience with big-data technologies like Spark and Kafka
• Knowledge of scalable data pipelines
• Strong understanding of distributed systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, GCP, Kubernetes is a plus
