Phantom is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer for their Growth & Engagement team, responsible for enhancing user experiences in engaging with crypto. This role involves collaboration with various teams to create intuitive onboarding and discovery experiences across mobile and web platforms.

What you'll do

• Build and refine onboarding flows to enhance user activation
• Develop home modules and UI patterns for user engagement
• Create experiment-ready features with analytics and measurement frameworks
• Ensure frontend quality, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product specifications
• Contribute to engineering culture through mentorship and code reviews

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years in software engineering for user-facing applications
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience with React Native preferred
• Ability to ship polished consumer-facing features
• Strong judgment on product and engineering balance
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation
• Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders
