Pico is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support clients and enhance customer success with Redline products. The role focuses on troubleshooting issues, managing production environments, and collaborating with development teams to optimize service delivery.
What you'll do
- Assist clients with Redline products and services
- Respond to production issues and provide workarounds
- Replicate customer issues and verify fixes
- Manage software upgrades and routine changes
