AI Automation Engineer

Ping Identity is looking for an AI Automation Engineer to enhance their Data & AI team. This role involves building custom AI agents, integrating various systems, and ensuring production-level automation solutions that provide significant business impact.

What you'll do

• Develop custom AI agents using Python and Databricks
• Implement integrations between Databricks, Glean, and enterprise systems
• Manage technical delivery of agent use cases from start to finish
• Collaborate with the AI Automation Engineer on agent tasks
• Work with data engineers to ensure high-quality data access
• Support the governance process for agent compliance and security

What they're looking for

• 3–5 years in software or data engineering
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with Databricks and building custom agents
• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Familiarity with compliance and security standards
