Junior Software Developer

About this role

PingWind is looking for a Junior Software Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications while collaborating closely with senior developers and participating in Agile practices.

What you'll do

• Design, code, test, and debug software applications
• Implement features and enhancements based on project requirements
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and project managers
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Write clean and well-documented code
• Contribute to technical documentation

What they're looking for

• Programming languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Knowledge of software frameworks (.NET, Angular, React)
• Database experience (SQL, NoSQL)
• RESTful API understanding
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Basic cloud technology experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• DoD 8140 Certification
