PingWind is seeking a Software Developer Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in software development to lead and optimize advanced software solutions. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic advice to teams while ensuring applications meet enterprise standards for performance and security.

What you'll do

• Lead design, coding, testing, and implementation of software applications
• Establish best practices in coding standards and quality assurance
• Advise leadership and stakeholders on technical strategies
• Mentor junior developers and engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver products
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
