What you'll do
- Execute responsible AI projects to identify, avoid, and mitigate bias across ML applications and generative AI systems
- Collaborate with trust & safety, user modeling, and content understanding teams to integrate fairness tooling and responsible AI practices
- Mentor junior engineers on the Responsible AI team and across the company
- Define and drive technical strategy for responsible AI initiatives in partnership with senior leadership
- Measure, deploy, and refine fairness interventions at scale to deliver product impact
- Work on user-facing features that enhance inclusivity across Pinterest's platform
