About this role

Join Plaid's Integrations Operations Engineering team to investigate and resolve critical connectivity issues across thousands of financial institutions, combining hands-on coding with direct partner relationships to maintain industry-leading integration reliability.

What you'll do

  • Investigate and resolve high-impact integration issues by writing, testing, and deploying production code
  • Prioritize issues using a business-value model to focus on greatest customer impact
  • Escalate and collaborate with financial institution data partners to diagnose and drive issues to resolution
  • Apply mitigation techniques through tooling, configuration changes, and external outreach
  • Serve as codebase owner providing code review and handling escalations from internal teams
  • Participate in on-call rotation and maintain integration issue backlog through triage
