Playground is seeking a Founding GTM Engineer to develop and enhance the technical systems that support its revenue operations. This role involves automating workflows, creating AI-driven systems, and ensuring seamless integration among various sales tools to optimize the sales process for child care providers.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for sales processes
• Create intelligent outbound sequences based on data signals
• Integrate various systems to streamline data and actions
• Automate manual processes to boost sales efficiency
• Develop enrichment pipelines for inbound lead processing
• Build real-time dashboards to track performance metrics

What they're looking for

• 3-6+ years in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations
• Experience in building workflows and automations
• Proficiency with APIs and data integrations
• Understanding of sales funnel dynamics
• Familiarity with CRM architecture
• Knowledge of Python or JavaScript (preferred)
• Ability to analyze and improve sales strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills
