Network Support Engineer

Point72's Technology Team is seeking a Network Support Engineer to develop and maintain robust enterprise network infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting network issues, managing security protocols, and collaborating with other teams to ensure system reliability.

What you'll do

• Build and scale resilient network infrastructure for business systems
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing and switching platforms
• Operate and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls
• Administer enterprise load balancers to ensure application availability
• Respond to network incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Implement network automation and tooling

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
• 3+ years in enterprise network support or engineering
• Hands-on experience with Cisco platforms and routing protocols
• Experience with Arista EOS and Palo Alto firewalls
• Understanding of wireless networking standards and protocols
• Network automation using Python and Ansible
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
