What you'll do
- Deliver technical support via phone, chat, and email to global employees
- Diagnose issues across Mac, Windows, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshoot networking and endpoint issues
- Manage incident resolution while adhering to SLAs
- Maintain knowledge base documentation and participate in service optimization initiatives
- Support 24/7 operations with structured shift handovers
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Active Directory
- Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical troubleshooting abilities
