What you'll do

  • Deliver technical support via phone, chat, and email to global employees
  • Diagnose issues across Mac, Windows, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Troubleshoot networking and endpoint issues
  • Manage incident resolution while adhering to SLAs
  • Maintain knowledge base documentation and participate in service optimization initiatives
  • Support 24/7 operations with structured shift handovers

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of technical support experience
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Active Directory
  • Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical troubleshooting abilities
  • Flexibility for 24/7 rotational shifts
