Point72 is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to manage and develop data architecture and pipelines for their research management platform. The role includes leading a team, ensuring data quality, and integrating AI tools to enhance data solutions for business needs.

What you'll do

• Manage data architecture and pipeline strategy
• Design and oversee data ingress and egress pipelines
• Ensure high standards for data pipeline performance
• Define data modeling standards for research workflows
• Establish data governance practices
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers

What they're looking for

• 10+ years in data engineering
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Expertise in MongoDB and SQL
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline design
• Understanding of data architecture and warehousing
• Familiarity with C# and Node.js integration
• Knowledge of data quality and governance frameworks
• Strong coding and Agile delivery skills
