About this role

PointClickCare seeks a Software Implementation Consultant focused on financial systems to guide healthcare providers through deploying our platform in long-term and post-acute care settings. You'll serve as the primary customer contact, analyze their business processes, and recommend optimal configurations while building trusted advisory relationships.

What you'll do

  • Act as principal liaison between customers and PointClickCare during financial software implementations
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer business processes, operations, and financial practices
  • Recommend solution configurations and enhanced business practices aligned with customer goals
  • Lead implementation best practices to drive optimized business outcomes for LTPAC customers
  • Travel to customer sites (up to 30%) for onboarding, support, and regional meetings
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers
