Polymarket is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer based in New York to provide exceptional support to clients trading on their prediction market platform. This role involves understanding client needs, managing relationships from onboarding to retention, and influencing product development based on user feedback and technical insights.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients from onboarding to ongoing success
  • Extract and analyze data using SQL and support the platform's technical fixes
  • Identify and communicate product gaps based on client pain points
  • Act as the client's voice within the company to advocate for necessary changes
  • Ensure an excellent user experience to drive referrals and client loyalty

What they're looking for

  • 1+ years in technical support or customer engineering roles
  • Strong technical background and programming proficiency (Python, SQL, etc.)
  • Ability to debug APIs and development environments
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in online settings
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with prediction markets or trading
