Forward Deployed Product Engineer

About this role

The Forward Deployed Product Engineer at Polymarket will interact with clients to enhance their experience on the prediction market platform. This role involves managing client relationships, translating their needs into product insights, and collaborating with various teams to elevate service delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage client relationships from onboarding to retention
• Extract data and write SQL queries to address client issues
• Identify product gaps and influence development based on client feedback
• Serve as the client advocate within the organization
• Transform quality support into client growth and referrals

What they're looking for

• 1+ years in technical support or customer engineering
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript, SQL)
• Debugging APIs and development environments
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Experience in prediction markets or related fields (preferred)
• Active trading experience (preferred)
• Previous startup/founder experience (preferred)
