Growth Engineer

Polymarket is seeking a Growth Engineer to lead the development of features that enhance user acquisition and retention on its prediction market platform. This role involves creating and implementing marketing-driven growth features while working closely with the marketing team to align engineering efforts with business goals.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy growth-focused features like onboarding and referral systems.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine product features based on feedback.
• Ensure proper tracking and analysis of new features to assess effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Identify and address drop-off points in user engagement.
• Make informed trade-offs between speed and quality in feature development.
