We are seeking a WordPress Developer to collaborate with teams in creating high-performing websites for our healthcare division. The ideal candidate will combine technical skills with creativity to translate designs into functional sites, focusing on performance, security, and SEO.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain WordPress websites with custom themes and plugins
• Translate designs into responsive web experiences using HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Integrate external APIs into websites
• Test and debug websites for performance and security
• Implement SEO best practices at a technical level
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in departmental tasks

What they're looking for

• 3+ years of WordPress development experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Knowledge of responsive design and web standards
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with server administration
• Experience with healthcare websites is a plus
• Familiarity with Webflow, Drupal, React, or Node is a plus
• Utilization of AI technologies for process optimization
