About this role
DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION — PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Vietnamese-Speaking | Norcross, Georgia
Some therapy programs start with a caseload. This one starts with a community.
Prava Therapy is looking for a Vietnamese-speaking Physical Therapist to build and lead an embedded therapy program serving Vietnamese older adults in a vibrant adult day community.
This is not a traditional rehab department—and we're not looking for someone to simply inherit a schedule and manage it.
We're looking for someone who wants to build.
A clinician who understands that the best time to address declining mobility isn't always after the fall, hospitalization, or loss of independence.
It's when you first notice the change.
A little less confidence walking. Difficulty getting up from a chair. A new reliance on family. Less participation. Changes in balance, endurance, strength, or movement that can quietly make someone's world smaller.
This is an opportunity to help senior adults keep their world bigger.
BUILD THE PROGRAM. KNOW THE PEOPLE.
As our PT Director, you'll be both clinician and leader.
You'll provide skilled physical therapy while becoming part of a community where you can build relationships, recognize change, collaborate with families and caregivers, and help adults maintain the mobility and confidence that support quality of life.
You'll also help us think beyond traditional episodic therapy—connecting skilled care with prevention, wellness, education, and ongoing strategies that help people continue living well.
You'll:
Lead and grow the physical therapy program from the ground up
Maintain an active clinical caseload and model exceptional clinical practice
Address mobility, balance, strength, endurance, pain, fall risk, and neurological conditions
Identify functional changes early and create proactive pathways for intervention
Build meaningful relationships with participants and their families
Educate caregivers and families on mobility, safety, and maintaining independence
Develop fall-prevention, mobility, and wellness programming
Collaborate with the adult day team so therapy supports what is happening in everyday life
Mentor and develop clinicians as the program grows
Use outcomes and clinical data to continually strengthen the program
YOU'LL HAVE PRAVA BEHIND YOU.
We believe great clinicians should have the infrastructure to practice at the top of their license.
Prava brings the technology, AI-enabled documentation, billing and RCM, credentialing, clinical resources, operational support, referral infrastructure, and data that allow you to spend more of your energy on clinical leadership, relationships, and growth.
You bring the clinical judgment and vision.
Together, we build the program around the people it serves.
AND THE RELATIONSHIPS MATTER HERE.
Language matters. Culture matters. Family matters.
We're intentionally looking for a Vietnamese-speaking PT because we want participants and families to be able to communicate directly with someone they trust—someone who can listen, educate, problem-solve, and build relationships without language standing in the way.
For the right PT, this is a rare combination:
Clinical practice. Leadership. Community. Culture. Prevention. Wellness. And the opportunity to build something from the beginning.
The community is already here.
Now we're looking for the PT who wants to help its members keep moving, participating, and living well.
