And work alongside the PT, caregivers and community leadership to do something about it.

You'll bring your clinical skills to that environment every day.
YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

• Providing skilled PT interventions under the direction of the PT

• Working on gait, balance, strength, transfers and functional mobility

• Building trust with residents and families

• Collaborating with caregivers and the community team

• Recognizing and communicating meaningful changes

• Supporting fall prevention and mobility initiatives

• Helping residents stay active and engaged in their environment

• Using technology that is designed to make clinical work smarter—not harder
